Olympian Machine is Acquired by Parco, Inc.
Ontario, California, November 3, 2014. After acquiring Tactical Sealing Technologies (TST) on August 25, 2014, Parco has acquired Olympian Machine. The acquisition of TST expanded Parco’s product offerings to include machined plastic parts. The acquisition of Olympian Machine enhances Parco’s expertise in machined metal parts to include larger and more complex parts.
The addition of Olympian Machine strengthens Parco’s position as one of North America’s largest companies supplying rubber seals, plastic parts, and metal components to the Oil & Gas industry. The acquisition brings together one of the largest manufacturers of rubber and plastic seals with one of the leading manufacturers of machined metal parts.
Olympian Machine will continue to operate from its current facilities in Gray, Louisiana and Katy, Texas. All Olympian Machine employees will remain active in the business to ensure that Olympian’s customers continue to receive superior quality and excellent service.
